Green is harder to wear than it looks, and most men either avoid it entirely or buy the wrong shade and wonder why it sits unworn. The problem is almost never the colour. It is the cut, the fabric weight, and whether the green in question actually works with the skin tone and wardrobe it is being asked to join. Olive does different work than forest. Sage does different work than bottle. These are not interchangeable and the best brands seem to understand that.

What we have been looking for specifically is the t shirt that costs less than you would expect but wears far better than the price suggests. Good cotton weight. A collar that does not collapse after two washes. A fit that works tucked, untucked, and under an overshirt without looking like an afterthought. Green done right is one of the most useful additions you can make to a warm weather wardrobe. These are the ones that actually deliver it.
